I moved out of state and needed to switch insurances, they will not refund the money back into the original payment method so I was told a check is supposed to be mailed out ! NEVER received the check. They are continuously sending check that don’t have tracking number or receipts to show me that it has been sent and to the right address! I don’t know what to do I feel stolen from."
